Investors in Mid Pac Funding's private money mortgages are a diverse lot. With ages ranging from 25 to 85, we cover the spectrum of individuals with diverse needs. The one thing that everyone has in common is a desire to have a financially rewarding, exceptionally secure investment.

At Mid Pac Funding we consider our investors to be our greatest asset.  Without our private investors, we would be just another conventional lender in a crowded field.  As a result, we value our relationships and are continually looking for ways to improve our business.

It is worth noting that over 90% of our investors choose to reinvest their funds when a mortgage or note comes due.  Compared to the stock market and other marginally performing investment pools, our private investors quickly get used to the ease of private investing (as well as the monthly interest deposits).

Once you become an investor with Mid Pac Funding, you are part of our ohana (family).  This means that you will get first choice on new investment opportunities that arise.  Likewise, we will always try to reinvest your funds quickly before placing a new investor.
